ASK-21
The ASK-21 is a two-place machine. This photo shows the view from the rear seat.
Speed brakes (spoilers) are deployed by moving the handle just aft of the release ball handle. You'll notice in the landing video that the speed brake handle is aft showing that the brakes are deployed.

You'll notice in the middle video that the glider disconnects from the tow rope by moving the yellow ball release handle. The tow plane lands trailing the tow rope.
