If as a real estate licensee you are not sponsored by a broker, you have by IDFPR definition an “inoperative” license and, thereby, cannot engage in licensed real estate activity.
As an applicant for a real estate license you may not obtain that license until you are first sponsored by a broker.
Getting Started
1. Simply print and complete, sign, and return via regular postal mail to the Presidential Real Estate Group the
as required by law;
2. print, complete, and enclose in your mail to us the credit card charge authorization form which is page 1 of the above employee agreement;
4.if you hold a current license enclose in your mail to us
a. a properly endorsed real estate license and pocket card, or
b. call Express Learning Centers at 630-778-2067 if your license is expired or lost;
5.if you are applying for an initial license enclose in your mail to us
a. your test results, with
b. the completed and signed IDFPR application.
Simply take these steps and enjoy having an active-unconditional real estate license upon receiving the sponsor card that we return to you.

Our Offer to Express Students
The Presidential Real Estate Group, in cooperation with Express Learning Centers, Incorporated offers you a sponsorship opportunity so that you can have with IDFPR an “active-unconditional” real estate license. This allows you, under the direction of the managing broker of The Presidential Real Estate Group, to become active in the industry.
You may be as active as we agree, and receive experienced guidance from the managing broker. The managing broker is Denis Caravella. He is also the lead instructor at Express Learning Centers and is the person who designed Express Learning Centers for you.
This may be an excellent opportunity for you test your marketing skills with no pressure to perform. You may also want to scale down from the fast-paced full-time environment, yet still retain your “active-unconditional” status. Whatever your needs, sponsorship by The Presidential Real Estate Group may be just what you’re looking for.
We will sponsor your license yearly, and Express Learning Centers will invoice you initially and in January of each year; or for as long as you comply with an employee agreement, and for as long as you remain a current student at Express Learning Centers.
